Instructor Training

If you are embarking in the vocation of teaching to drive you will need good guidance and expertise. We repute ourselves to have these qualities and therefore we can offer you a very comprehensive and practical deal to make you overcome the obstacles you will find in this very arduous journey.

The instructor training is divided in to three parts:

  • Theory (part 1)
    - You must reach 87% to qualify. This means that for every topic (4 in all) you must be able to answer 20 questions out of 25. If you get 19 on any of the topics you will not be able to proceed.
  • Driving (part 2)
    - This is a test of very high quality driving through all sorts of road conditions and it lasts 1 hour. The examiner will look at every aspect of your perception of dealing with all road hazards.
  • Teaching (part 3)
    - Prospective ADI generally find this part very stressful and hard to comprehend. (Frankly it is) as every effort you put in to your training must be exercised to pass on to prospective pupils so that they are fully conversant with what you are trying to make them do. We have good trainers that will make you overcome these hurdles.

We offer the three stages of learning at a modest price of £2200, inclusive of test fees.

Once you start part one you will also start on part two so that by the time you finish the theory side you are ready for the practical. If you decide to have singular lessons our price will be £25 per hour.

Once you have passed part two then we can offer you training on a trainee badge which allows you to earn and learn at the same time. This badge will run for a period of six months which we think is ample time to get ready for the final stage. After passing the part three you can stay with the company and take advantage of the benefits that we offer or start your own business.
